Grill baking on the BonBiza Island

The BonBiza Island is particularly special because you can not only enjoy a cozy fire, but also cook delicious meals on it using the plancha.

The grill plate has a diameter of 80 cm, is 6 mm thick, and is extremely suitable as a cooking and baking surface. Thanks to this generous size, you can easily prepare several different dishes at the same time. The heat radiates gradually from the centre of the grill to the outer edge, making this single cooking surface suitable for a wide range of preparations.

A grill grate is included as standard with the BonBiza Island, giving you even more options for outdoor cooking.

And when you’re done cooking, the BonBiza Island is very easy to clean. Food residues and excess oil can be pushed into the fire with a spatula. After that, the plancha can simply be wiped down with a damp cloth ready for your next culinary moment.
