Bonfeu - BonBiza

The BonBiza is an outdoor cooking instrument from BonFeu. It is like a large barbecue but for plancha baking. The BonBiza is one of our newer products and the showpiece of our entire collection. It is also by far the biggest product of the entire BonFeu collection. So the BonBiza is the perfect piece to let you cook while enjoying a warm fire.

The BonBiza Rust is made from Corten steel. Corten steel is a brown-rust, weatherproof steel  The rust-colour and very dense oxide skin shield the deeper material from oxygen, which slows down oxidation. The BonBiza Black is made of steel. Steel has the property, under humid circumstances, to rust. So keep in mind that the BonBiza will rust. This process can occur quickly. But do not panic, this will give your BonBiza its robust and sturdy appearance!

Plancha baking on the BonBiza

The BonBiza is particularly special because you can not only enjoy a cozy fire but also cook delicious meals on it with the plancha.

The plancha has a diameter of 80 cm, is 6 mm thick, and is extremely suitable as a cooking and baking surface. Because of this large size, it is big enough to make several different things at the same time. The heat radiates gradually from the center of the plancha to the edge of the baking tray, making this single plancha also suitable for all different kinds of applications.

But when you don’t want to use it, the BonBiza is very easy to clean. Residues of food and excess oil can easily be pushed into the fire with a spatula. After that, the baking tray can be cleaned with a damp cloth and is ready for the next use.
