Hi, I'm Kelly, the founder of Outdoor Living 365 and SaunaPlunge. My story began with a personal journey. After a fulfilling career in User Experience Research, I realised it was time to create something truly my own — something that would not only work around my life and family but also allow me the flexibility to work from anywhere. Turning 50 was a pivotal moment that inspired me to embrace entrepreneurship, and my love for outdoor living made the decision effortless. 

For me, my garden is my escape, a peaceful space away from the busy family life of raising three teenagers! Over the past 2 years, visiting my local sauna and ice bath service became an essential part of my self‑care routine, providing moments of rejuvenation amidst life’s challenges. I took time away from work and moved my dad in so I could care for him during his terminal illness. After navigating the loss of my dad, grandad, and father‑in‑law all within a 2 year period, I came to truly understand the power of taking time to care for oneself — to pause, to heal, and to reconnect. That experience inspired me to create SaunaPlunge along with my own sauna and ice bath setup at home, bringing those restorative moments into my everyday life.

This business was born from that passion — an extension of my home, my family’s sanctuary, and my belief that everyone deserves their own outdoor oasis.
