DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs range from £60 to £150 depending on the pallet size required for your order. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and confirmed before payment is processed for each product.

Order Processing

When you place your order:

  1. We will pre-authorise your payment card but not charge it immediately
  2. We contact our supplier to confirm the product is available and provide dispatch timeframe
  3. Once confirmed, we'll notify you of the delivery timeline and process your payment
  4. Your order will then be dispatched
  5. If an item is out of stock, we will provide a lead time and void the pre-authorisation until you confirm you wish to proceed

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Standard Products:

  • We aim to dispatch within 7 working days, though this can vary depending on supplier availability
  • The confirmed dispatch timeframe will be provided once your order is confirmed
  • You'll receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch

SaunaPlunge Products:

Delivery Only:

  • Dispatch within up to 7 working days
  • Kerbside delivery to your address

Delivery & Installation:

  • Installation is arranged based on installer availability
  • Timeframe will be confirmed following purchase of your product
  • We will contact you to arrange a convenient installation date

Important: Ice baths and barrel saunas are specialist delivery products. You must review the preparation guidelines and electrical guidelines for all SaunaPlunge products before delivery. This information is available within the website.

You'll receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you haven't received tracking information within the confirmed dispatch timeframe plus 1 working day, please contact us at info@outdoorliving365.co.uk.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect all items carefully upon delivery:

  • Check packaging for visible damage before signing for delivery
  • If packaging appears damaged, note this on the delivery receipt and photograph it
  • For large items, inspect the item before the driver leaves if possible
  • If you discover damage after delivery, photograph it immediately and email clear photos to info@outdoorliving365.co.uk within 48 hours so we can open an insurance claim

Missed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.

Order Cancellations

  • If your order has already been dispatched, our Returns & Refunds Policy applies
  • For SaunaPlunge products, cancellations are not possible once the order has been dispatched due to the custom nature and size of these items

Refunds

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
